As both challenger and innovator, we have big ambitions and having just completed our second funding round we’re now developing a holistic menstrual health ecosystem that will combine smart tech with the personalised delivery of the right self-care products according to the user’s needs.
Over the next few months, we’re looking to expand our team dramatically.




We’re seeking an enthusiastic and experienced individual to join &SISTERS as Head of Marketing (or CMO, dependent on experience). This is an integral and exciting role which to date has been fulfilled by the Founder and one that provides the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where you can have a real impact from day one.
You will have responsibility for helping craft the future of the brand as well as defining and implementing our marketing, PR, communication and growth strategies. You will have the resources to grow your own team, both internally and externally, to help you execute on the strategies you develop.


You will be responsible for driving the evolution of our brand positioning, bringing it to life in a clear and consistent way that resonates with and motivates our target audience as well as conceiving and implementing the company’s marketing strategy.

Working with the Founders and CEO, you will also have a role in setting the R&D and NPD agenda, including concept development, product, packaging, pricing and go-to-market launch plans.


You will set clear objectives and goals, research and define target audiences, develop marketing and communication strategies, and measure adoption and uptake of our products.

You will have responsibility for our digital (web, ecommerce, social) strategies as well as our offline promotional strategies and product launches. You will promote the company as an innovator and challenger to the press and public.

You (and your team) will be responsible for achieving revenue and profit goals for direct to consumer channels. You will bring strong analytical and big picture thinking to develop marketing campaigns aimed at increasing loyalty, retention and lifetime value.

You will nurture existing relationships with key partners, aligning on mutual goals and driving adoption through a variety of co-marketing efforts.


You will be responsible for keeping the rest of the business up to date with trends, conducting market research (amongst consumers, customers (on and offline), suppliers, stockists) and applying these insights along with data analytics gained from our e-commerce and social activities to make critical decisions and recommendations to help lead the company to achieve its objectives and goals.


You will work directly with our CEO and directors and take full ownership of the marketing budget and will be responsible for building out the marketing function.

You will collaborate and lead across the organisation. You will represent the voice of the consumer within the organisation, bringing your insights to cross-functional stakeholders across product, design, user/purchase experience, engineering, and executive leadership.


You have a passion for women’s health, sustainability, femtech and a desire to make a difference to the lives of ‘sisters’ around the world.

  • Both creative and data-driven, with a flare for design and aesthetics, you have strong analytical and writing skills and a passion for analysing products, competitors, and market dynamics.
  • You can quickly synthesise disparate data into key insights to identify compelling and impactful strategies that will help drive growth and craft messaging that connects with a diverse audience and clearly communicate your results and ideas to stakeholders including customers, team members, directors and investors.
  • With a keen business outlook, the ability to define goals and prioritise your work and a drive for outcome focussed performance, you will be inspiring, proactive, enthusiastic and committed to providing effective solutions maximising return on investment against given objectives.
  • You have demonstrated leadership skills, both in building teams and in influencing others; and have worked across functions with individuals with different skills and backgrounds.
  • You are a self-starter, organised and self-motivated, with a hands-on “can do” attitude and willing to roll up your sleeves until the right hires are in place.
  • You have 7+ yrs experience, preferably in a high-growth, DTC ecommerce or SaaS company.
