We aim to send out all orders received before 5pm on the next business day via Royal Mail Second Class mail.

Longer despatch times may occur over the weekend and holidays. Deliveries typically arrive within a week of placing your order.

You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number via email when your product has shipped.

To update your shipping address, follow the steps below:

-Visit andsisters.co.uk

-Log in with your credentials

-Click on the ‘ADDRESSES’ section on the left-hand side of the page to view your current billing and shipping addresses.

-Select ‘EDIT’ next to your current shipping address

-Make the desired updates and select ‘SAVE’

You can easily check your upcoming delivery directly through your account.

-Log in with your credentials

-Select ‘SUBSCRIPTIONS’ to the left of the screen

-You’ll see your upcoming deliveries listed here. You can also come here if you ever need to skip an upcoming delivery.

We are so sorry to hear your box arrived empty or damaged! While we have little control over what happens to our shipments after they leave us, we put great trust in our shipping carrier to ensure a successful delivery. We are disappointed to hear this was not the case for you and will notify our shipping partners to ensure that they take note of this issue.

Yes. You can have any item in our shop sent to you in Europe or further afield.

Unfortunately, at this moment we can only ship customised and subscription packs within the UK and Europe.
